It takes some time to complete the task because of some problem.The tower wagon can't function well,the person in the tower can't control the movement so we need another person to control it at the bottom.
The "black box" should be 3.5 m from the ground and we usually put it at the electric pole.While doing the off point, we use 3 fuses with 200 A each as the "battery".We also have been told that there are 2 types of "black box" which is size 400 and 160...
